Cancellations due to a change of mind:

If you want to cancel your order, you may do so before or up to 14 days after receiving the goods (this includes all days other than Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays)

As a result, you will need to:

  • Please obtain a Returns Number (RMA) stating the reason for return, once you have received your order by clicking this link: http://qepos.co.uk/Home/Support

  • * Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted by Qepos Solution Ltd

  • Send us your item back by printing out and attaching the Returns label.

  • To return a product you must have it in top condition, it is expected that you did not damage or mark the product or packaging during your examination of the package.

  • The product must not have been used or installed. The items should be returned in their original box, packaging, including any accessories they came with. The cables and accessories must still be sealed. Likewise, any "Free Gifts" received with the product must be returned.

  • When you contact us, please provide your reason for returning the item, your order reference number and your name.

  • You may have to wait 14 to 21 days for a refund once you have cancelled your order. It should be noted that no carriage fees are refundable.

NOTE: Change of mind cancellations is only available for consumer purchases and not for business purchases

Faulty products:

Faulty product on arrival:

Any defect occurring within 30 days of delivery can be exchanged or refunded.

Defective item may be returned for replacement only within 30 days. After 30 days, the defective item can be repaired or replaced by the manufacturers of the item within the warranty period of the product.

Faulty Products during the Warranty Period:

If your products develop a fault after 30 days, you are entitled to a warranty repair as long as they are still under warranty.

Manufacturers sometimes give a full on-site service and/or telephone help for your convenience, which we suggest you take advantage of in order to promptly rectify the fault. This has no impact on your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (for retail customers) or the Sale of Goods Act 2015 (for businesses) if the goods do not conform to the contract and the manufacturer does not repair or replace the goods or offer an alternative solution.

Faults due to an accident, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
No returns or exchanges are accepted after the manufacturer's specified time frame.

To Return Faulty Products:

Then, when returning your item to us, make sure to print and attach the Returns label to your parcel.

NOTE: Please keep in mind that if you return an item as faulty and it is found to be in good working order, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for collection.

Damaged Products in Transit:

If your products were damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. If the products are visibly damaged when you receive them or you are unable to inspect them before signing, the delivery note should be signed as "unchecked/damaged." We will issue replacement products or a full refund once the damaged products have been collected and returned to our warehouse.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Software and consumables are not returnable (labels, ribbons, receipt papers and other consumables).
All UNDELIVERABLE, REFUSED, or RETURNED WITHOUT RMA orders are subject to a 20% shipping and handling fee, as well as a £20.00 penalty.
