The TSP100IV is 20% smaller than TSP100III versions with an integrated power supply, saving critical counter space and producing 80mm or 58mm broad receipts at a rapid 250mm/s horizontally or vertically. Wall mounting is also integrated.

The TSP100IV includes Ethernet LAN and USB-C connections for Windows, Linux, and MacOS devices, as well as USB-A for connecting Android tablets and mobile devices. Compatible Android tablets and mobile devices, as well as accessories such as scanners and displays, may communicate and charge directly over USB thanks to Android Open Accessory (AOA) compatibility. Wireless LAN connectivity is also provided via the optional MCW10 Wireless LAN adapter from Star.

The Star TSP100IV is extremely simple to "plug and play" using Star's new intuitive Quick Set-up Utility, making it straightforward to integrate into current point-of-sale systems. It also works with prior TSP100 models.
