Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before accessing or using our custom software systems, IT consulting services, or EPOS ecosystems.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and QEPOS Solution Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any associated IT services, custom software deployments, EPOS systems, and cloud platforms (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or utilizing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are expressly prohibited from using our Services and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Provision & Delivery

We specialize in delivering bespoke IT infrastructure, application development, EPOS Till hardware/software, and enterprise cloud solutions.

  • Custom Software & Development: Project timelines, deliverables, and specifications will be agreed upon separately in a Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Hardware (EPOS): Hardware rentals or purchases are subject to limited manufacturing warranties separate from our core IT service terms.
  • Consulting Services: (e.g., SAP, Cybersecurity) are provided on an advisory or implementation basis, requiring active cooperation from the Client.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information necessary for us to deliver our IT Services effectively. For cloud migrations, software integrations, and AI deployments, you must ensure that your legacy systems and data are legally owned by you or you possess the necessary licenses to manipulate them. We are not responsible for delays caused by failure to provide essential data or access credentials.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated in a tailored contract, the website, our proprietary software architectures, AI models, and compiled code are our proprietary property. All source code, databases, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on our property (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Liability & Warranties

The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the site and our IT services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with our IT deployment and your use thereof.

In no event will QEPOS Solution Ltd, our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Services or our EPOS systems.

6. Termination and Cancellation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to our cloud services or IT support at any time, for any reason, particularly in the event of failure to pay invoices or breach of these Terms. If your account is terminated for violating security protocols, you may be permanently banned from the QEPOS corporate IT ecosystem.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
